All Products are inspected and tested for fitment after manufacture to ensure high quality integration.
We accept no liability for the damage to any modules, sensors, lighting, wiring or any other relevant OEM equipment, during fitting or when taken outside of their designed purposes.
As we Flux3D Pty Ltd do not install any products or vehicle hardware, we cannot be held liable for any damage to vehicle hardware installed outside of the OEM guidelines.
This includes sensors, modules, wiring, connectors, or any other relevant OEM equipment.
Liability for failure of any driving aids associated with the relocation of any OEM equipment fall with the installation company.
Intellectual Property (IP) Protection: Flux3D Pty Ltd takes intellectual property (IP) theft and infringement seriously. By submitting an order you agree to the following terms:
- IP Rights Respect:You acknowledge that all products, brand names, logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials provided by Flux3D Pty Ltd are the intellectual property of Flux3D Pty Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.
- Brand Impersonation:You agree not to engage in any form of brand impersonation or imitation of Flux3D Pty Ltd products.
